The fight started with an early scare for Salkilld when Dariush landed a well-timed jab, disguised behind a head kick, which briefly put Salkilld on the canvas. Dariush quickly moved in, aiming to exploit Salkilld’s ground game. However, after several unsuccessful takedown attempts by Dariush, Salkilld managed to create space. He then capitalized by landing a devastating right hook that sent his opponent to the mat.
