Mateusz Gamrot Secures Dominant Arm Triangle Choke Victory Over Esteban Ribovics at UFC 327
Mateusz Gamrot showcased an impressive performance at UFC 327, defeating Esteban Ribovics by submission in the second round of their preliminary fight.
From the outset, Gamrot controlled the first round, repeatedly taking Ribovics down and maintaining top control for most of the period. Although Ribovics managed to stand up and land a significant right hand early in the second round, this only prompted Gamrot to execute another successful takedown.
Gamrot swiftly transitioned to Ribovics' back before returning to a dominant top position. From there, Gamrot began working on an arm triangle choke.
With less than a minute remaining in the round, Gamrot successfully locked in the submission, forcing Ribovics to tap out.
