iShowSpeed Tells Arman Tsarukyan to Chill During Viral Grappling Session
Arman Tsarukyan, the #2 UFC lightweight contender, has recently been active collaborating with various streamers and content creators. This trend continued last weekend when he met popular streamer IShowSpeed.
Upon meeting, Tsarukyan, known as "Ahalkalakets," promptly demonstrated some MMA techniques, testing IShowSpeed's grappling abilities. The Armenian fighter effortlessly lifted the 21-year-old streamer, prompting IShowSpeed to humorously urge him to "relax."
The viral interaction quickly garnered significant attention online, with fans remarking on Tsarukyan's widespread collaborations and his casual display of strength against IShowSpeed. Comments highlighted the humor of IShowSpeed asking someone else to "chill" and described the crossover as "pure chaos energy."
Although Tsarukyan, 29, doesn't currently have a UFC fight scheduled, he's been assisting his friend, UFC middleweight champion Khamzat Chimaev, in preparation for Chimaev's first title defense. Furthermore, Tsarukyan is set to compete on the RAF mats later this month in a rematch against Georgio Poullas.
Arman Tsarukyan Wants to Save the UFC Featherweight Division
Following the UFC London main event last weekend, Arman Tsarukyan expressed dissatisfaction with Movsar Evloev's majority decision victory over Lerone Murphy. Tsarukyan has previously indicated a desire to move down to the featherweight division to challenge the two-time champion, Alexander Volkanovski. His recent reaction to Evloev's win reignited this interest, as he posted on Threads, asking: "UFC fans, is it time for me to save the featherweight division?"
While an official announcement for Tsarukyan's next UFC bout is pending, he has confirmed that Hunter Campbell has provided him with a date. The Armenian fighter also anticipates securing a lightweight title shot later this year.
