Preview UFC Rebooks Joshua Van vs. Tatsuro Taira Flyweight Title Bout for UFC 328

The highly anticipated flyweight title bout between Joshua Van and Tatsuro Taira, which was initially scheduled as the co-main event for UFC 327, has been successfully rebooked after a last-minute cancellation. The fight will now take place at UFC 328 in May, serving as its co-main event.

The original cancellation for UFC 327 was due to an injury sustained by Joshua Van, forcing him to withdraw from his scheduled title defense. As a result, the light heavyweight clash between Azamat Murzakanov and Paulo Costa was elevated to co-main status for UFC 327. The main event for UFC 327, featuring Jiri Prochazka and Carlos Ulberg vying for the vacant light heavyweight title, remains unchanged.

Fans can now look forward to seeing Van and Taira compete for the flyweight title at UFC 328. This event will be headlined by a middleweight championship showdown between current titleholder Khamzat Chimaev and challenger Sean Strickland.
