Tyson Fury is hinting at an imminent announcement following his recent change of heart about retirement.

The Gypsy King initially retired for the FIFTH TIME in January, less than a month after his second consecutive loss to Oleksandr Usyk.

Fury, 36, has suggested a big announcement is coming soon.

However, he made an emphatic U-turn last month, calling for a third fight against the skilled southpaw.

Fury, 36, has continued dropping hints about returning to the ring and appears to have stepped up his training.

The Wythenshawe fighter has now teased that a significant announcement is on the horizon.

In an Instagram story video with his father John, the former two-time heavyweight champion stated:

“Business meeting today, dad.”

“En route. Incoming, incoming.”

A long-awaited domestic clash with former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua is a possibility if Fury decides to return to the sport.

The massive “Battle of Britain” fight seemed highly probable after Fury`s second points defeat to pound-for-pound king Usyk in December.

But Fury seemed to close the door on the fight by declaring his fifth retirement, accompanied by an unusual reference to highwayman Dick Turpin.

Nevertheless, the potential for the biggest fight in British boxing history is back on the table following Fury`s latest reconsideration of his retirement.

It won`t happen immediately, however, as AJ recently underwent surgery for a persistent elbow injury.

Eddie Hearn, Joshua`s long-time promoter, expects a return no sooner than September.

In an exclusive interview, the Matchroom Boxing head commented on Fury`s recent social media posts: “Tyson Fury is quite the tease.

“Every day, I check Instagram, and like today, he`s shown himself training, saying he`s completed 12 rounds.

“Tyson Fury looks incredibly fit. He appears ready to fight now, which is positive.

“But frankly, AJ`s likely delay is probably a benefit.

“Firstly, you have Usyk versus Dubois coming up, which provides some time.

“And secondly, you have Tyson Fury, who might potentially return to the ring.

“So it will be interesting to observe how things unfold.”
