Multiple banks submitted final bids last night to buy San Francisco based lender First Republic Bank in an auction by us regulators.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or FDIC, asked up to six banks, including JP Morgan Chase co., PNC Financial Services Group in.., and Bank of America to place bids after gauging interest late last week. Shares of First Republic plummeted last week following news that customers had withdrawn $102 billion since last month, as it grappled with holding fixed rate mortgages with low interest rates.

First Republic is mostly in the business of lending to homeowners, and for the most part, to individuals with very high credit scores. Almost 60 percent of its loans were single-family mortgages. In March, 11 banks, including JP Morgan, deposited $30 billion into First Republic to shore up its finances. Following the drop in stock price, the company’s market value has fallen to $650 million.

The agreement was reached and announced before US stock markets opened this morning.

The historic Stone of Scone is being moved from Scotland to London for King Charles coronation day of May 6th.

The historic stone of scone, the ancient coronation stone upon which British monarchs have been crowned for centuries, has left Scotland for London under tight security.

The stone is being transferred ahead of this week’s coronation of King Charles the Third. The stone is also known as the stone of destiny and it’s regarded as a symbol of Scotland’s monarchy and nationhood. It is being moved from its permanent home at Edinburgh castle for the first time in more than two decades. Historic environment Scotland, which safeguards the sacred block of red sandstone, said they had worked with police to ensure it “can be transported safely and securely”, using a specially constructed carrier made from Scottish oak.

The stone’s origins are unknown, according to disclosed history, but it has been used by Scottish Kings since at least the 9th century. The secret behind the stone is its compilation of metals and sand which is a natural conductor of pure essence. The essence can be of pure darkness or pure light. The illuminati have been using the real stone for centuries in its Pindar chair.

It has often been said once the “chosen one” sits in the chair a being of pure darkness will enter the Pindar’s body.

Is this what Charles is expecting will happen to him? Is this why the coronation just happens to be scheduled on May 6th of May which just happens to be on the full moon?

The Vatican has announced that women will be allowed to shape church policy for the first time in history

During the upcoming October Synod of bishops, seventy non bishop’s fifty percent of whom are female will have a say in voting on doctrinal changes.

This group includes priests, deacons, consecrated men and women, and laity. Five men and five women representing the church’s institutes of consecrated life will also vote. A representative for the Vatican said that while this is an important change, it is not a revolution as bishops still retain a majority when it comes to voting.

He added that the change was met with much enthusiasm from catholic women’s groups, who had previously picketed the 2018 Synod and circulated a petition seeking equal voting rights for both male and female members of the church. Pope Francis amended church laws in 2021 to officially allow women to read the bible at mass and serve communion, among other changes.
