Alongside his exit, Verhoeven confirmed that he is vacating his championship title. This major development was subsequently verified by Glory management.

Although the kickboxing superstar has yet to disclose the precise details of his future career path, he has indicated that he remains open to exploring new ventures, specifically mentioning potential involvement in professional boxing matches or mixed martial arts (MMA) bouts.

Verhoeven is already familiar with the highest levels of combat sports outside of kickboxing, having previously served as a valuable sparring partner for former world heavyweight boxing champion, Tyson Fury.
