With the highly anticipated PFL Africa event just days away, fans can now mark their calendars and tune-in knowing exactly where to catch the action live from Cape Town, South Africa.
The Professional Fighters League (PFL) officially announced on Monday that the main card for Saturday`s debut event in Africa will be broadcast exclusively on ESPN+ for viewers in the United States. The `Road to Dubai` portion of the event, taking place at the Grand Arena, GrandWest, will be headlined by a middleweight championship showdown featuring current champion Johnny Eblen against Costello van Steenis.
Serving as the co-main event, the card will feature undefeated 2024 flyweight tournament champion Dakota Ditcheva stepping into the SmartCage to face Sumiko Inaba.
The main card boasts further star power with former Bellator champions A.J. McKee and Corey Anderson also in action. McKee is set to return to the featherweight division for a clash against Akhmed Magomedov, while Anderson will compete in the heavyweight division, taking on 2024 heavyweight tournament champion Denis Goltsov. The main card lineup is rounded out by a lightweight bout between Artur Zaynukov and Takeshi Izumi.
Prior to the main `Road to Dubai` portion, a separate preliminary card consisting of nine fights will be available for viewing on the official PFL App.
