Jake Paul`s decisive victory over former world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr was clearly demonstrated by the fight`s punch statistics.
Known as “The Problem Child,” Paul sailed to a unanimous decision win against the veteran boxer.

The 28-year-old Paul secured nine out of ten rounds in the bout held at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
The YouTube personality turned boxer faced a brief challenge only in the ninth round when Chavez Jr attempted a late comeback.
However, the Mexican fighter had been on the defensive for the majority of the fight, leaving him insufficient time to turn the tide.
Crucially, Paul landed more than double the number of punches that Chavez Jr managed throughout the ten rounds.
Paul connected with 140 out of his 482 thrown punches, while his opponent only landed 61.
Chavez Jr threw a total of only 154 punches throughout the entire fight, remarkably attempting just four in the first round (none landed) and only 14 by the end of the third (landing three).
The only positive for Chavez Jr was his superior accuracy, landing 39.4 percent of his punches compared to Paul`s 29 percent.
His most effective moment occurred in the ninth round when he landed a solid uppercut and right hook on Paul.

Following his victory over Chavez Jr, Paul used the opportunity in the ring to challenge five potential future opponents.
He named established boxing figures such as Anthony Joshua and his previous opponent Tommy Fury as targets.
Paul also commented on Gilberto “Zurdo” Ramirez, stating: “Zurdo looked slow as s*** tonight, that`d be easy work too.” He also mentioned Badou Jack and Gervonta Davis, adding a direct challenge to Tommy Fury: “Tommy, stop running.”
In addition, Paul sent a thoughtful message to former adversary Ben Askren, who is currently in hospital awaiting a lung transplant.
