Nate Diaz Unleashes Scathing Criticism on Charles Oliveira: "I'd Beat the Sh*t Out of Him"
Nate Diaz has once again launched a fierce verbal attack on Charles Oliveira, the current BMF champion. Diaz expressed his strong disapproval of Oliveira's grappling-heavy strategy in his fight against Max Holloway at UFC 326. Following that bout, Diaz famously labeled the competitors "boring motherf***ers" and publicly warned several fighters, including Oliveira, Holloway, Topuria, McGregor, and "Pimblett," against trying to imitate him.
Diaz, who views himself as the originator of the BMF title, remains keen on returning to the UFC to claim what he believes is rightfully his. In a recent interview with Theo Von, Diaz declared his desire to "beat the sh*t" out of Charles Oliveira and take possession of the BMF belt. He supported his claim by highlighting that fighters he previously defeated, such as Anthony Pettis and Donald Cerrone, had historically gotten the better of Oliveira. "Pettis choked him, and Cerrone punked his ass," Diaz stated, adding that Oliveira is now "walking around with my belt."
Diaz further criticized Oliveira for his recent interest in fighting Conor McGregor. Earlier, Diaz had offered Oliveira a fight, but Oliveira declined, citing his pursuit of "bigger things" and championship bouts. Diaz labeled this as hypocritical, pointing out that McGregor is "on the downfall" after two consecutive losses and a prolonged absence from the octagon. "You're picking on people who are on the downfall," Diaz remarked, emphasizing Oliveira's preference for a fighter who "broke his leg and got knocked out" over him.
